Board Member
Marnie Fusco

Marnie Fusco is a dedicated arts advocate, musician, and nonprofit leader who has been instrumental in enriching the cultural landscape of Lander since relocating to Wyoming in 2018. As the former Executive Director of Art Link Wyoming, Marnie played a pivotal role in fostering youth engagement in the arts. Following the merger of Art Link with the Lander Art Center (LAC), she seamlessly transitioned its youth-focused performing arts programming to LAC, ensuring the continuity and growth of these vital community offerings.

In July 2024, Marnie joined Lander Performing Arts (LPA) as Development Director, where she has been instrumental in securing grant funding and expanding arts and music programming throughout Fremont County. Her efforts have significantly enhanced access to the arts in the region.

Now serving on the Lander Art Center Board, Marnie continues to champion inclusive, high-quality arts education and performance opportunities. Her leadership and passion for the arts are central to LAC’s mission of fostering creativity and community through the arts.

Board Treasurer
Shane Parrott

Shane serves as the treasurer on the board of directors at the Lander Art Center. Though he grew up in the Midwest—born in Illinois and later living in Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Minnesota—it was Wyoming that captured his heart. Since moving to Lander in 2008 to run a coffee shop, the magnetism of the Wind River Mountains and the wide-open, untamed landscapes have kept him rooted here.

At the Lander Art Center, Shane is committed to creating spaces where art can thrive and bring people together. He believes in doing the work that matters—whether that means guiding financial decisions with care, supporting inclusive programming, or helping transform the center into a dynamic hub for visual art, music, performance, and education. He sees art not just as expression, but as connection—a tool, a witness, and a language that builds community and reveals what’s often left unsaid.

Shane values integrity, autonomy, and contribution. He’s wired to see patterns, think long-term, and keep showing up—especially when the work is complex. He’ll run the numbers, haul the gear, rebuild the system, and listen for what’s really being asked beneath the surface.

When he’s not at LAC, Shane manages design and print projects at Western Printing or explores new creative ventures with his kids. Wyoming may not be where he started, but it’s where he’s found his sense of place—one shaped by art, community, and the endless horizon that continues to inspire.
