Kids' classes
Younger artists get real materials, real tools, and a room where making a mess is the plan. Everything below is taught on Main Street by working artists, and every class sends your kid home with something they made.
What is on offer
Classes through the year
Art After School and shorter sessions in clay, printmaking, painting, and mixed media, scheduled around the school calendar so they fit an ordinary week.
Summer art camps
Week-long day camps in summer, run in sessions, finishing with a student art show where families come see the work on the walls.
Family sessions
Special classes where grown-ups make things alongside their kids instead of waiting in the car.
What it costs
Price should not decide who gets to come
Our classes use self-selected pricing. At checkout you choose your rate. Standard Cost is our regular tuition. Neighborly Rate is lower, for when a reduced price helps you take part. Pay it Forward Price is higher, and the difference helps cover the lower rates across everything we teach, including kids' classes and summer camps. No application and no explanation needed. We trust you to choose what is right for you.
Schedule
Signing up opens Hurdle, LAC's registration system. The first time, you'll create an account with your phone number and add your child to it, and it remembers you both after that.
