Unleash your inner performer and build powerful self-confidence in this six-week acting workshop designed for aspiring actors aged 16 and up. Whether you're new to the stage or looking to sharpen your skills, this class provides a focused, supportive environment to explore the craft of performance.
Under the guidance of mentor Susan Streater, you will dive deep into the essential tools every actor needs. The curriculum is a hands-on exploration of:

Susan Streater has directed and choreographed musicals, musical revues, club acts, industrials, cruise ship and theme park shows from off Broadway theatre in New York City, to the stages at Busch Gardens in Florida. She has toured and performed all over the United States.
Susan performed on Broadway in MERLIN with Chita Rivera, in Radio City Music Hall's 50th Anniversary show, ENCORE, and THE CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR. She also danced at Radio City in two productions with Liberace. Susan performed in the First National Tour of CHICAGO, directed by Bob Fosse, and understudied Gwen Verdon who created the role of Roxie Hart. Susan played the role herself in several productions of CHICAGO. She has performed in regional and summer stock theatres all over the country in such roles as: Cleo in THE MOST HAPPY FELLA, Ermengarde in HELLO DOLLY and Lucille in NO NO NANETTE. Susan danced in the movies ALL THAT JAZZ, THE FAN, and LEGS and with two regional ballet companies.
She received a Harkness Scholarship to study ballet at Southern Methodist University and has taught dance and musical theatre classes and workshops in schools and universities in the United States and Germany. Susan's production of CABARET won San Antonio's Globe Award for "Best Production of a Musical" and "Best Choreography". She was nominated for Philadelphia's Barrymore Award for "Best Choreography" for CHICAGO and MY ONE AND ONLY.
