Looking to build skills and take your throwing to the next level?
Our 5-week advanced pottery course will set you on the right track, with topics ranging from throwing BIG to making lidded vessels. Most or all of the 5 sessions will focus on a different subject, and student input on which topics to cover is expected and valued!
This course is great for an intermediate potter who is comfortable throwing consistent cylinders, bowls, and mugs, but who wants an introduction to more advanced and wide-ranging subjects.
Beginner potters should not sign up for this course; the Lander Art Center has excellent beginner-level pottery classes that are offered at other times.
