Support LAC
Your gift keeps the lights on, the kilns hot, and the classes affordable. Every dollar stays here, in Lander, doing work you can walk in and see.
What your gift does
A gift at any level supports real work. Here is what it buys.
Puts one young Lander writer's words into print. Our Youth Flash Fiction Anthology does not cut authors. Grades 5 through 12, if you write it, it publishes.
Supplies for one 4th grader's silkscreen workshop at their school. Ink, screens, paper, and a finished print they carry home.
Closes the gap when someone chooses the reduced rate. Our classes use self-selected pricing, and no one is asked to explain why. Your gift is what makes that promise affordable to keep.
Give
Give once, or set up a gift that repeats. Whatever fits.
A gift here goes wherever it is needed most. To commit yours to youth access instead, give to the Youth Scholarship Fund, which keeps class prices from deciding who gets to make something.
Prefer to give by check? Make it out to the Lander Art Center and mail it to 258 Main Street, Lander, WY 82520. If you would rather hand it to a person, the front desk is open Tuesday through Friday 2 to 7 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM.
Challenge for Charities
Every year from May 1 to July 10, LAC takes part in the Challenge for Charities, run by the Lander Community Foundation. Gifts made through LCF on behalf of LAC during that window are boosted by the Matching Fund Challengers, a pool funded by local businesses, individuals, and foundations. If you are reading this outside those dates, give here instead. It reaches the same place.
The mission of the Lander Art Center is to foster a strong arts community in Fremont County by providing arts learning opportunities and exhibition experiences for all.
