Portrait Painting

Tuesdays, November 3, 10, 17, 24,

Time: 6:30 - 8:30 pm

Cost: $50 or $80 for both figure and portrait class

Material Fee: $25 or bring your own paint and canvas

Location: LAC 224 Main Street

This class explores the joy of creating free and vital portraits in oil or acrylic. Using a live model, students will explore portrait structure, warm and cool tones, and capturing personality and likeness. Jerry will balance instruction on observation and technique with personal coaching based on student’s goals. Students are encouraged to take Figure Drawing prior to Portrait Painting. This class is open to all levels.

This class will run with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 12 participants.
