Cheyenne Magnan
Cheyenne Magnan was born and raised in Bagley Minnesota. Her love of art, particularly sculpture, started in the first grade when a teacher taught her class how to sculpt dinosaurs. Since then her love of art has grown. In high school she had another teacher who broadened her taste for art and exposed her to a wide variety of media. During that time she assisted her teacher with several art classes, participated in the art club and was also a student member of the Art Task Force. The Art Task Force was set up to promote art in schools. In college she took a 3-D art class; however her majors were in Animal Industries Management and Equine Industries Management. She has continued to develop her skills in sculpture; her newest adventure is creating sculptures to be bronzed. She plans to continue to develop her talents and her knowledge in the art world. Her goal is to complete a trio project that she is currently working on, to be bronzed and exhibited in the 2012 Dubois National Art Show. She also would like to participate in more community events as an artist.
She & her husband John moved to Riverton in 2006 to follow their dreams. They both have been drawn to Wyoming and wanted to call it home, to explore the outdoors and enjoy the adventures it has to offer. They enjoy hunting, horseback riding and camping with their 2 sons in the great outdoors. Cheyenne's love for animals, the outdoors and her sons inspires her work. The trio she is currently working on is a bison, elk, and moose relief to be bronzed and displayed in a tree root or branch.

Stacy Wells
I have been teaching children for over 12 years. Mostly in the capacity of teaching backpacking, leadership, climbing, skiing with the National Outdoor Leadership School. During these 30 day wilderness trips I have always included teaching art in the means of watercolor, notebook journaling/ sketching, and photography. Since 2008, I have worked at the Lander Art Center part-time teaching toddler and homeschool art to local Lander kids. My favorite mediums are watercolor, oil pastel, and photography.
My passion is teaching kids. I feel that Lander needs more kids learning outlets with outdoors and arts and I hope to fill that need as much as I can...
