On groups or clubs and multiple artist booths:

Because requests for sharing booths has been made several times this year and in the past, we have developed a multiple artist and group policy to be put into effect in 2012.

The intent here is to be fair and consistent to all artists.

  • Multiple artists: The number of artists at one booth is limited to two (unless you are a group or a club--see below). The reason for this is space. Both artists should attend the event to sell their own artwork and space for attendants is limited.  Both artists must submit an application and application fee. One booth fee is due for the one booth space.

  • Groups: Groups may also submit an application for a booth.  An additional group fee of $20 will be required for a group booth.  Attendants at the booth may be arranged as the group sees fit (ie. not all artists need to attend to sell their own artwork).  One booth fee is due for the one booth space.
Thanks in advance for following these guidelines.   Please call or email if you have any concerns or questions.
